Gini coefficient for per capita household expenditure from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) - averages taken when multiple observations per year: linked with no multiplier at 2002 to series from Krongkaew & Ragayah (2006): linked with no multiplier at 1996 to series from Asra (2000): linked back at 1969-1970 to data from Fields (1989), as listed in WIID, for all Indonesia excluding West Irian, East Timor and Maluku.
